  So I am not one to complain about service at all, I’ve always understood that retail workers have to to what they gotta do for making commission. But yesterday was ridiculous when I was in here. I wanted to buy some things from the mall before it closed quick before dinner with my friends, so I found them was helped by a really nice lady in the front of the store, but as soon as I got to the register I was baffled. She must have been new or something because when she asked me about getting an pink credit card I declined right away saying “No, I already have too many credit cards” trying to makes joke. But she persisted laughing “oh no you don’t, it only takes five minutes” again I replied with “no it’s okay” then stop persistent she says “oh yes you do let’s just see if you get accepted” then bluntly I said “no” then she still signed me up saying how I can’t miss this 15$ off. So I put in my information because I was in a rush and she didn’t seem to be letting me check out without signing up and I got accepted and told her I didn’t wanna pay for it on my “new pink credit card” but then I was told I couldn’t buy it under MY card now. I work retail also so I understand you get “brownie points” or whatever when you get someone gets a credit card through you. Then I as I was waiting for her to process this she messed it up deleted all my stuff, so she had to get help to redo all my purchases and return the “15$ off” to my PINK credit card because shehad made a mistake taking it off the original purchase that I told her I DIDNT want in the first place. Then already late for my dinner with my friends her manager walks past and she starts bragging “I got a someone to get a pink credit card”(me). Her manager replied with “how’d you ge them to?” And the cashier replied “I did what we talked about this morning” whispering so to try and get me to not hear. So now along with her not listening to my multiple no’s she was bragging about how she got me to get one to her manager so she could get a ring or something. I work retail and I know if I pulled that I would’ve been fired because you’re not supposed to nag a costumer, and not brag about what you out of their purchase. So now I have a pink credit card that I have to pay off because I couldn’t buy it with my own card and that I didn’t want in the first place. I really hope that this place isn’t training their employees to treat people like this because I was really angry after this. Not complaining just to report a complaint but I really hope this is taken into consideration when talking to costumers. I’ve worked in retail long enough to know this isn’t how workers should be treating other people and hope the cashier gets talked to. I apologize for the length of this but it needed to all be heard.
