I am also very grateful that they help carry out the large heavy bag of dog food for me so then I only have to figure out how to get it into the house ;) I don't know why this review service keeps the worst review on top when it was written over a year ago and the man is only complaining that they wouldn't let one of his 5 children use the restroom. This is not a service a pet food store is expected to provide and if the snide tone is indicative of his character I imagine his 5 children were creating havoc in the small area full of treats that look like human cookies.
