  Two weeks ago my husband and I went into the sleep number store, picked out a bed, paid cash and were told our bed would be delivered five days later. We got a call two hours before it was supposed to be delivered and we're told that the bed could no longer be delivered that day and they could not fit us in for another week. No attempt to compensate for our wait, the time I had to take off of work or for the mattress that we had already brought outside and had sitting in the snow waiting to be hauled away was made. After rescheduling, having to take another half day off of work, sleeping on a couch at 8 months pregnant while waiting for our bed to arrive, we got a call two hours into our four hour window saying THE BED COULD NOT BE DELIVERED AGAIN! We have to wait another five days to get our bed and again, no attempt to right the situation was made. If we hadn't paid with cash, and I felt like I could wait another two weeks to sleep in a bed, I would tell them to send the bed back. Horrible service, Absolutely horrible. I will never recommend Sleep Number to anyone I know. Go with a Temperpedic... you might get a bed in a reasonable time.
