  Purchase process was great. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and low pressure. Everything since purchase has been a disaster. We are almost 2 weeks from our purchase and still no bed. When we purchased, they told us it would be delivered in 6 days. They have missed multiple delivery dates with no follow up. The only way we get any information is by us contacting them to see where our bed is. No contact from them. They tell me they will be delivering just the mattress without our adjustable bases today. We have to wait 2 more weeks for those. Beds are pretty competitively priced everywhere. If service counts, we would recommend going somewhere else.

  Brady was very helpful in helping us find the perfect mattress! He had us try many options to find the right one. He wasn't pressuring for a sale. I would definitely suggest anyone that is looking for a new mattress, to check out this store! Thank you so much Dustin as well. When we went to make the purchase we got a free base! Great mattress and a great price!
