  I arrived at your store this morning right away at opening. I was looking for a specific MAC product in which ending up being out of stock at your location. I received exceptional customer from one of the ladies working at your Estée Lauder counter, I can’t remember her name but she went above and beyond to make sure I was able to have my product shipped to me and even made a sample for me as she knew I was out of my face lotion. Thanks for going out of your way!
