  The quality of the clothing from Lane Bryant has diminished over the past few years. The hems in pant legs fall out with a few wears, buttons are not sewn on very well, and the materials feels cheap. Although this location is much closer, I choose to visit the Green Bay store due a larger selection and much friendlier associates. I have been loyal to this store for about 15 years, but I will not be returning after too many negative experiences with one of their associates; who to my horror, is the store manager! She is extremely condescending and treats customer in a belittling manner. My last interaction with her focused on making an exchange (which lasted 20 minutes) with a receipt for the same item in a different size. I received several eye rolls from her and was treated like I was trying to scam the store, despite having my receipt, the credit card it was purchased on, and a long shopping history with the store. Throughout the years there have been truly lovely associates there, and it makes me very sad to see how this woman with a little bit of power speaks to her employees and treats her customer (especially those who shop FREQUENTLY within the store.) Congratulations, you've managed to loose your store THOUSANDS of dollars. Please be wary of who you interact with in this store!
