  Bought 2 fridges here with in the last 3 years and both were sold to me not working properly. One of the fridges the freezer stay in thaw mode to long which caused the ice maker to not work and for all my food in freezer to start thawing out. This repair went on for about 6 months with over 7 service calls and wanting me to pay for some! The second fridge bought it never got to temp. The fridge stayed between 50-58 degrees and the freezer was between 10-18 degrees. I called them the same day and they tried telling me it wasn't warranty, worked in their store and couldn't get a tech out for 3 days! I am still waiting for this to get fixed 6 days later. Neither times was I given an apology, or anything for the food that had to be thrown away. I was told that its impossible for them to know whats wrong with each unit as they carry so many different makes and models. Also, both fridges were over 500$ so I didn't pick the cheapest junk ones they had.

  Ryan P. was here a couple times this month as our Bosch dishwasher totally stopped working. He was very kind, honest and so helpful in fixing it. i really appreciate his positive attitude and help to us. He was AWESOME! Thank you Ryan for treating us so great! You are great!
