  I was shopping in your store tonight and noticed a tank top on a mannequin that i wanted to buy. i looked around but was unable to find it on any racks. i asked a salesperson, who told me this was only her 2nd day and she didn't know where anything was. I looked around some more, found another salesperson, asked about the shirt and was told it was not her department, but she would ask the person in that department, who turned out to be the first salesperson. They then found a 3rd salesperson who also looked around and was unable to find anymore of the tops. They then asked someone who seemed like a manager type, who was able to point out which rack they should be on. When there were no more there, i was told that they must have sold out and that they had just set the store and was unable to remove any items from mannequins. What is the point of having a shirt on a mannequin if there are not more of that print available? Wouldn't you want to have available merchandise displayed?

  Horrible experience. I placed an order online and never received my order. After contacting them, I was told I had to print a form, fill it out by hand and rescan it and email it back. Talk about a pain in the butt but I did it. Now here I am, a month later, and I still haven't received my package or a refund. I am never shopping here again and I advise you to do the same.

  This store specifically: went to return 4 items, turns out 3 were final sale and therefore can't be returned. (annoying but my fault for not noticing) except the store manager told me the 4th item was final sale when it wasn't. (noticed later the receipt CLEARLY does not say final sale on the 4th item) The store is an hour away from me. Got home and realized she didn't know what she was talking about and I should have been able to return it. Chatted with cust service, they suggest I drive back to the store and take it up with the manager, claimed there was nothing else they could do, and basically acted like forever21 customer service and the stores are separate beings. I disputed a bit, saying I shouldn't have to drive an hour for an $11 shirt but I'd appreciate a paid return label since the manager either made up a reason to get me out of there or didn't know what she was talking about- and either way it's not my fault. I chatted with 6 different reps, each one copying and pasting sections of their policy and not even reading my explanation of what happened. They finally said they'd send me a label, didn't send it, I contacted again, they resent it but wouldn't guarantee that they would accept it since it was now late (probably because I waited three days for a return label I didn't get). Just a scummy company. They seriously don't seem to even pretend to care about you and will say/do anything to just end the convo and keep your money. I was disconnected by three reps in chat while typing, (and I don't type slowly) because they are so pushy to get rid of you. I also waited 20 minutes in chat for one of the reps to respond (absolutely nothing, not "sorry, one moment"- nothing. But if YOU don't respond for 15 seconds, "are you there?) I won't be surprised if there's more issues with my order, I would really try to avoid shopping here unless you're in store and you 100% know you won't need to return it or contact customer service.
